Purlieu

Purlieu is about a lonely boy who has magic powers. He can only live within the
boundary of his world and has to deal with the limitation. The film reveals people’s desire for freedom and the conflict between desire and reality and posits the notion that after suffering comes happiness. Life, like a butterfly stuck in a chrysalis, is waiting for the perfect moment.
