Architecture Lecture Series: Thom Mayne

Thom Mayne, a founding member of both Morphosis Architects and the Southern California Institute of Architecture, presents a large array of work describing the contextual nature of his practice. Mayne discusses how American culture, tradition and political structures inform his work ethic, practice and design method. The lecture places a strong emphasis on the state of political and cultural affairs during the mid-1990s.
