Architecture Lecture Series: Philip Beesley

Architect and sculptor Philip Beesley presents a series of “speculative” and “experimental” projects related to ethics and humanism. The Toronto-based practitioner begins the lecture from a philosophical standpoint describing humanism and follows with aspects of materiality and emotion. The talk is accompanied by a deck of slides that include images from history, architecture and biology and culminates with an overview of posthumanism.
