Office Overview

The Office of Institutional Equity and Title IX ensures a welcoming, safe, and harassment‑free environment at Pratt. The office responds to all reports of discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual violence, stalking, and other misconduct, and provides campus‑wide training on policy, reporting, and prevention.

Reporting Requirements

Most faculty are considered “private resources” and must report disclosures of sexual misconduct to the Title IX Office, including all known names, locations, and details. The office documents the situation and reaches out to the complainant with support and resources.
