William Bruder was educated at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in sculpture. A multidisciplinary worker, Bruder has experience in the fields of engineering, philosophy, history and urban planning. He discusses the importance of the distinction between architecture as object and architecture as community. He starts the presentation with a series of photographs of precedents and artefacts before moving on to his own work with an emphasis on his process.
