I am the daughter of cotton pickers, who taught me hard work and the importance of family. Born and raised in Dunn, North Carolina. Cotton has followed me my entire life. I have designed for brands such as Vera Wang, Kenneth Cole, Perry Ellis, Champion, Ralph Lauren, Reebok and currently Nike. I am a graduate of NC State University. I have attained my MPS in Design Management, focusing on sustainable design at Pratt Institute in New York. I am forever grateful to my Ancestors, on whose shoulders I stand on.
