The Center for Teaching and Learning, in collaboration with the Office of the Provost, offers the Supporting Faculty series of recordings to introduce how various offices and support services can help new and continuing faculty. The Human Resources (HR) team at Pratt is dedicated to providing professional support with a strong emphasis on confidentiality, sensitivity, and respect. We manage a broad range of responsibilities, including recruitment and hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, and addressing salary and compensation matters. Additionally, we oversee employee and labor relations, human rights concerns, support of diversity initiatives, and the maintenance of faculty and staff records. We welcome inquiries and are available to assist you in person, by phone, or via email.
