Title IX and NonDiscrimination - Supporting Faculty

The Office of Institutional Equity and Title IX ensures a welcoming, safe, and harassment-free environment at Pratt. The office responds to all reports of discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual violence, stalking, and other misconduct. Staff members conduct prompt, fair follow-up processes and provide campus-wide training on policy, reporting, and prevention.

Most faculty are considered "private resources" and are required to report disclosures of sexual misconduct to the Title IX Office, including all known names, locations, and details.

The office will document the situation and reach out to the complainant to provide support and resources.
