Fusión, a multicultural cohort of Arts and Cultural Managers, developed a tool to help. Originally designed in the context of the San Diego | Tijuana border in 2018, we are now beginning to explore how this tool can be relevant beyond border communities for arts and cultural initiatives in the midst of the current global pandemic.
