Urban design practitioners Brian McGrath and Victoria Marshall talk about Patch Dynamics and The Production of Difference. McGrath received his B.Arch from Syracuse and M.Arch from Princeton and founded Urban-Interface, an urban design consultancy. He has also authored multiple books. Marshall is a University of Pennsylvania-educated landscape architect and urban designer. The lecture on urbanism is based on two residencies carried out by the designers in India and China as part of an urban design studio at the New School.
